Introduction of DC series Sprag Sort 1 Way Freewheel Clutch Bearing

1.Sort DC is a sprag sort freewheel cage with out interior or outer races. It must be installed in a design supplying races, bearing support for axial and radial loads, lubrication and sealing.
2.The DC variety variation-N accepts all types of lubricants currently used in the power transmission equipement.
3.The sprag room tolerance have to not be exceeded. Inner and outer races must both have a minimum basic width “e”, with no any recess, to guarantee the freewheel functions correctly .
4.Alternatively, races can be made in scenario hardened steel shafts, or housings, 
Surface hardness of the finished portion must be HRC sixty to 62, for a depth of ,6 mm bare minimum.
5.Main hardness to be HRC35 to forty five. Floor roughness not to exceed 22CLA. Greatest taper between races:,007 mm for 25 mm width.
